If you're thinking about purchasing a camera, or you have an expensive camera and don't know where to start, then you have come to the right place.
My name is Jason, and I specialize in Portrait photography in the North Dallas area. I recently started offering 1-on-1 camera training and photography basics for beginners or aspiring photographers in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.
To keep it simple, I offer two session options that we can customize to get the most out of our time together.
1-on-1 Starter Session
You have a camera, and now is the time to learn how to use it. Let me teach you the basics of natural light photography and get you taking better photos in under 2 hours. Ask as many questions as you need and learn as we shoot.

Extended Sessions
You've taken the starter session and need to ask more in-depth questions after some practice. This is a perfect way to get more of your questions answered and help you move forward with your creative photos.

What Happens After The Booking?
Once you book a session, we will arrange a time and a public place to meet so we can go over your camera and the basics. The starter session can be 1-on-1, or you can bring a friend and learn together.
The maximum number of people allowed for training is 2. This keeps it small, and I can answer as many questions as possible within the allowed time.

My professional career spans 23+ years in the creative and marketing industry. I learned the technical and creative side of photography at the start of 2016, and I have continued to specialize in portrait photography.
